A Homecoming Mum is a Tradition that dates back to the 1930’s and as far back as the 1910’s in Missouri, through the years has gotten bigger and expanded to other parts of the U.S. The tradition is that the bigger the mum, the more loved you are by the one who gave it to you. As of Nov 2017 we do now require each customer to make an account. We require this because of the over whelming calls requesting the status of orders. Now we offer order tracking and to track orders one must have an account. Accounts are made for 1st time shoppers during the checkout process.

We do our very best to make each mum a masterpiece! If for some reason you are not happy with it, please send us a help ticket with in 24 hours of receiving your order, there may be time to fix it before homecoming, so time is of importance. Login to your account, click on orders then view – you will see the support ticket button. It is better to do the support ticket through your account than on the contact page as we can see your order with your ticket when you file with your order page.
Since we ship our mums we can be everywhere! Our physical store is located just outside Fort Worth in Crowley Texas. And yes you can come into our store and see our work as well as buy your own supplies to make your mums yourself If you’d like.

If scammers want to make a whole mum website with all those product options and sku numbers, then they’ve got enough time to GET A LEGIT JOB! We DO have a phone number, but as of the 2022 mum season we are moving to a support ticket system to cut down on the amount of redundant phone calls. We take between 40-65 phone calls an HOUR with questions like:(and forgive us for the sarcasm below but… really?)
- Do you have supplies in your STORE or do you “just make mums”…. um.. hence the word STORE…. yes we have supplies.
- How much are your mums?… um.. which one?
- I placed my order last week….. (proceeds to tell you their life story and how they made their own mum last year and so on) taking our time away from making the mum they’re trying to ask about…..
- Calling to ask the status of their order yet won’t check the tracking page or give us their name or order number. Then calling US RUDE for asking their name…..sigh
- I bought xyz from your store yesterday, could you tell me how to put a mum together? (blinks) they want the mum tutorial….over the phone… while we have 200 orders due…
- You get the idea..
Although we truly love our customers, there’s a limit and we’ve reached ours, so please don’t call us a scam when we’re the ones staying up pulling double shifts to get your mum to you. It seriously is upsetting.
