    At times a designer may need to make a judgement call regarding some of the items ordered. Do you give permission for a designer to make changes to your order if something doesn't fit, doesn't look right, etc?

    Every year our phone lines are clogged with the questions below, saves time, anxiety etc 

    1. Need By Date - This is the date YOU have selected above. It will be your pickup date or arrival date if shipping. REMEMBER:
      •  Please make sure you've accounted for exchanges (giving the item to the girl or guy) AND that most students wear their mum to school on the day of the Homecoming game (usually Friday). You do NOT want your need by date to be the same day you want to wear it.
    2. IMPORTANT - PLEASE DO NOT CALL ASKING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS UNLESS YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED BY THE NEED BY DATE. You are in charge, you select your need by date, If you need your order sooner, then CHOOSE a sooner date! Every minute we are on the phone is a minute more you and everyone else has to wait for their orders. Please track your order on our site BEFORE calling.
    3. Making Changes - If you need to make a change to your order, after your order is in the cart, click on "EDIT OPTIONS" in the cart. Also you may view your selections in the cart by pressing "Additional Options" 
    4. Stock - For any out of stock items, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value,
      • Rush/Urgent orders may not have some items available in the time frame you've given us, we will substitute items as needed.
    5. Get it Faster - You may upgrade your shipping method in the cart for faster delivery
    6. LOCAL PICKUP - If you are picking up your order please choose LOCAL PICKUP AGAIN AT CHECKOUT, if you do not select it again in the cart the system WILL charge you for shipping.
    7.  Status Updates: Please provide a GOOD email address or you will NOT be able to track your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see our email confirmation and tracking email. We will not spam you. This is so that you may track your order and answer the big question of "Where's My Mum?".
