Since 2016, Mums and Kisses has always offered insurance on all of our products. in 2023 we have upgraded our insurance levels to include 4 different tiers to ensure your items. The choice is yours. Insurance is always optional. These levels are available on every product, and have been added to every product page ordering area. under the icon

The 4 Tiers of Mums and Kisses Insurance

The lowest tier, the Bronze Level is our original shipping policy that covers package damaged by the shipping carrier. With this level:

  • All packages are insured up to $50.00 by USPS.
  • All packages shipped via UPS are insured up to $100 by UPS

Gold Level – Cancellations + Shipping Damage or Lost Insurance

Our most popular tier, the Gold Level covers everything in the silver level + the following:

  • All packages are insured up to $100.00 by USPS.
  • All packages shipped via UPS are insured up to $200 by UPS
  • Allows for cancellations up until 24 hours before we ship without a fee.
  • Packages that are damaged OR lost by the carrier, we will file the claim for you with the carrier and issue the $100 for packages shipped via USPS or up to $200 if shipped via UPS.

A double coverage tier, the Silver Level policy doubles the coverage funds on package damaged by the shipping carrier. With this level:

  • All packages are insured up to $100.00 by USPS.
  • All packages shipped via UPS are insured up to $200 by UPS

Platinum Level – Remake or Refund Insurance

Our highest coverage, the Platinum Level covers the following:

  • All packages are insured up to $100.00 by USPS.
  • All packages shipped via UPS are insured up to $200 by UPS
  • Allows for cancellations up until 24 hours before we ship without a fee.
  • Packages that are damaged OR lost by the carrier, we will file the claim for you with the carrier and issue the $100 for packages shipped via USPS or up to $200 if shipped via UPS.
  • If there’s time to remake and reship your order, we will for free or we’ll refund your order total up to $300

How to Make a Claim

If you have purchased any of the above insurances and have experienced an issue you may make a claim in one of 2 ways.
